You need an International Bellydance Congress 2009 Pass to attend the Congress in September of next year. The event is open to over 18's only.
Buying your Weekend Pass
Buying your pass could not be easier. Just go to our booking page, enter the number of tickets required then hit the Buy it Now button which will take you to a page where you will need to complete your details, including tjhose of a credit or debit card, submit these and then payment will be taken. If you prefer to pay by cheque you have that option also with details given on the booking page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards ie. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Solo & Electron. If you are booking from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency. If you prefer not to use your card over the internet you may pay with your card by phone, or by mail.
The Payment is taken through PostScript Media Services Limited and the HSBC payment gateway - all transactions are FULLY encrypted for both your safety and security. When you have completed your order you will be sent a receipt with an order confirmation number and detail. This will be emailed to you if you order from the website, otherwise it will be posted. Please print your Confirmation and bring it with you to the event. THIS IS YOUR TICKET. When you check in it will be exchanged for a wrist band, which is your entrance pass to all events, workshops, seminars and shows (except a small number of master classes which are paid separately). It is of utmost importance that you do not lose your wrist band. Without it you can not gain access to any Congress events, and IT CAN NOT BE REPLACED. If you lose it you will need to pay a £25 administration fee or purchase another pass. If you book two or more tickets at one time we will ask you to complete a form in the future giving the names of all those attending. If a name changes we reserve the right to charge a £25 administration charge.
Teachers and Performers
The International Bellydance Congress brings together a unique gathering of the most respected professionals from around the world. We will continue to work to add more highly respected instructors, but we cannot gurantee the appearance of any particular individual if prevented by circumstances beyond our control.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed you will be securely connected via our website to HSBC ePayments through PostScript Media Services Limited. When payment is authorised your order comes to us for processing. We do not have access to your card details. All Credit Card details are encrypted with Secure SSL technology for your security.
Privacy Policy
International Bellydance Congress will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when payment and order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cancellation
You are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover the cost of your Weekend Pass and accommodation in the unlikely event of your needing to cancel your Congress booking. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancel up to 31st July: £25 admin charge only.
Cancel 1st August to 31st August: £75 cancellation charge.
After 1st September: No Refunds.
Please note if a refund is asked for, and after deduction of any admin or cancellation costs above, we will refund by cheque only.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Distant Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel any contract to purchase made over the internet within seven working days of the purchase. Please send a copy of your confirmation, with your credit card number, expiry date, and issue number or valid from date by registered mail to the above address within seven working days of purchase, and your full payment will be refunded and your pass will be cancelled.
