You can buy your weekend pass for the congress on or by 31 December for the discounted price of £139 - a saving of £46 on the full price of £185.

Simply enter the number of passes you require above and click the 'Book it Now' button. You will then be taken into our shopping cart system where you will be asked to confirm you have selected the correct number of passes. Before you book, do please note that the event is open to over 18's only.

From there, please go to the 'checkout' and fill out your details as required. You then have the option of paying by cheque or directly by credit/debit card. Our secure payments facility is provided by PostScript Media Services Limited through HSBC and is fully encrypted for your security.

The Weekend Pass includes entrance to all the free events and all workshops - the Weekend Pass DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION - please see below.

Accommodation and Group Bookings

Please note if you wish to book a Group of 16 or more then contact us at info@bellydancecongress.co.uk - there is one free weekend pass for each fifteen passes booked.  We are holding an allocation of tickets for Groups.

The Weekend Pass includes entrance to all the free events and all workshops - the Weekend Pass DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION which needs to be booked by yourself separately.

We suggest booking at one of the two onsite hotels or at the sister hotel but other options are available and we suggest that you look into all options carefully.
