Ticket information
Passes must be booked in advance.
The price of your pass covers the whole event and includes all workshops, all shows, entrance to the bazaar and all other activities on the Congress timetable. When you arrive you must register at the Congress desk and you will be issued with a wristband, which will allow you entrance to Congress activities. This event is for over 18's only.
PLEASE NOTE that an email address is required when booking tickets online - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS then please insert your firstname and second name with no gaps then add @bellydancecongress.co.uk - ie joansmith@bellydancecongress.co.uk.
Alternatively if you are not comfortable with online payments and wish to pay checque, direct bank payment/transfer or a credit/debit card by phone write to Bookings, International Bellydance Congress 2009, 27 St Dunstan's Road, London, W7 2EY with a letter stating how many tickets you require and, if paying by cheque, enclosing a cheque made payable to Bellydance Enterprises Limited for the total cost of tickets. If you wish to pay by credit card, debit card or a direct bank payment/transfer please state this in your letter with a contact number and we will call you to take payment or give you our bank details.
Your pass does not include accommodation.
Weekend Pass
ONLY £139 if booked by 31 December 2008 - saving of £46 on the full price of £185!!
Day Passes
These are not currently available as individual bookings.
Spectator’s Day Pass £25
(includes entrance to Evening Show, Bazaar, Performance Platform and Competition). These are only currently available to those who have booked the full Weekend Pass - please contact us following your booking and we will be able to arrange these tickets for you and take payment.
Non-Dancer’s Day Pass £35
(includes entrance to Drumming & Music classes, evening Show, Bazaar, Performance Platform and Competition).
