Lakeside – what a great setting for our second Congress! Set in the heart of Surrey, 40 minutes from Heathrow and 
55 minutes from Gatwick airports, just outside London. The nearest mainline train station is Frimley Station.
We are thrilled to be holding the Congress in such a lovely setting, with workshops in great spaces and a fantastic theatre for our shows. We also have a few surprises by the lake!
Established in 1972, Lakeside is renowned as one of the UK's top venues for Star International Cabaret, Dinner & Dancing attracting audiences from all over the world.
Amongst its other facilities, the Lakeside Organisation boasts three first rate hotels each offering excellent accommodation, fine restaurants, health & fitness clubs, comfortable lounges and conference & banquetting suites.
There are two hotels onsite and one sister hotel driving distance away - and we strongly recommend you book a room before they book up! We have secured special weekend rates for you when you book all three nights at one of these hotels - the weekend rate is £55 per single per night and £77 per double per night - so the weekend rate is £165 per single for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and £231 per double for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. To take up this offer guests need to book direct with the hotel and would be required to pay a non refundable deposit of £50 at the time of making the reservation with the balance becoming due not later than the 30th April 2009.
